The following warranty information applies to the structural integrity of Reading Rocks products, our supplier.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Reading Rock, Inc. warrants its products to meet ASTM manufacturing guidelines and specifications in residential applications for the life of the product, provided the products have been installed, used and maintained according to accepted ASTM masonry standards and as recommended by the manufacturer. This warranty is limited to the products’ original purchaser (or, if the original purchaser is an installer, then to the original purchaser’s customer as well), and proof of purchase is required. Color matching cannot be guaranteed. Defective products will be replaced, but replacement labor is not included.

Installed Projects Only:

Patios Walks & Walls warranties contracted installation services for a period of one and one half (1 ½) years following completion of the installed project. Structural deficiencies due to workmanship will be corrected free of charge, not to exceed the cost of the original investment. Patios Walks & Walls reserves the right to conduct a site visit to inspect the project and determine if the problem was a result of our installation.

Damage as a result of homeowner modifications, improper use or abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, and acts of nature are not covered by this warranty. Any further service or repair resulting from such actions will be the responsibility of the homeowner.

No other warranty is expressed nor implied.

Efflorescence is the result of the natural curing process of concrete products. Removal of efflorescence is not part of the installation process nor is it covered by the warranty.

This warranty is not transferable.
